On a whim we went here for restaurant week special. It would get a 5 star review if the tables weren't so tight. They were crazy busy but with the tables so close it made it very difficult to move about to get to the salad bar. With that being said the salad bar was extensive! So many good things from clam chowder to charcuterie items to salads and fruits truly delish. If you have never been to a Brazilian steak house get ready for the "meat sweats"! Everything was so delicious there was Filet Mignon, lamb, pork, chicken, flank steak, top sirloin and basically at an all you can eat pace! Service was good but the hospitality from the managers and leads was amazing. Dessert....yea I know ....we made room. Tres Leche AAAAAMAZING and the Molten Lava cake was very good. Highly recommend if you want to feel full for your money!

$40 per person for restaurant week. Glad we made a reservation bc line was out the door all night. Inside was busy too but seemed well organized. Wait staff were nice and efficient. Fruit, smoked salmon, salads, and mixed rice were good. Make sure you eat the Brazilian cheese bread, fried plantains, and fried polenta sticks when warm! Wish we could choose when to get these bc I like eating them as more of a dessert.. but then they get cold. Favorites were the grilled cheese with honey and the picanha. It's been a while since I've been to fogo, but I kinda like this place better. More flavorful compared to what I remember.

well, this is my second trip, as promised I came back with my wife. we came for restaurant week in March 2025. I don't know why I was so lukewarm with my first review but this is decidedly an excellent rodizio. Far better than Fogo. The service and the food were fantastic. Run don't walk to Gaucho's Prime.

5 of us had dinner yesterday. The service was outstanding. This was, by far, the best Brazilian steak house I have ever been to. We were literally treated like royalty. They pulled our chairs out for us! The salad bar selection was outstanding but what we really wanted was the variety of meats. They did not disappoint. I can now wait to go back. I wish they would open a location closer to Harrisburg

Pleasant, attentive, experience on Labor Day! Manager was engaged & staff pummeled us w/ meat even when obligatory cards were flipped to "no" LOL. Like all, all-you-can-eat options, some things were better than others, but everything was good. Salad bar highlights- hollowed out Parmesan wheel (which helped make a great Caesar Salad) creamed corn & rice dishes- preferred to some table delivered sides (tho plantains are a must!) Candied bacon less impressive than competitors. Ordered Gauchos Experience, $45/pp- no complaints in quality or qty of food. Included salad bar, dessert, Rodizio, but excluded ribs & salmon, which would've liked to try, but wasn't necessarily missed. Chicken, cheese w/ honey, & garlic marinated beef, were favs, but all cuts had worthy nuances. Staff willing to provide more of anything. Cheesy bread rolls to die for! Flan (included in meal) very good, but enjoyed Tres Leche Cake w/ Ducle de Leche caramel sauce even more. Have to be a buffet kinda person to love these places- there's an overwhelming selection of food, a lot of interruptions, & no matter the strategy, a filling up on what's less good followed by an inability to enjoy what's really good. But as far as experiences go, they did not disappoint!

I came to Gauchos for a birthday dinner, and I throughly enjoyed my experience. All the cuts were very good while limited in number compared to other brazilian steakhouses, with some notables being the filet mignon, ribeye, and lamb chops. The salad bar was also satisfactory but not the most diverse salad bar that I have seen for a brazilian steakhouse (would not do the only the salad bar). On the service side, the meat carvers were always in a rush and often made us reach over the table to pick up our meats, which caused a few spills and drops onto the table clothe, not something you want at a fancy upscale steakhouse. But the other servers were excellent and were very considerate and helped us surprise our friend with a birthday desert where they all sang for him. But in the end, while everything was very good, Gauchos is not my favorite brazilian steakhouse.

I came here for a work dinner last week and it is honestly the best Brazilian steakhouse I have ever been to! From the service to the selection of meats + salad bar everything was top notch. The servers were friendly and nice and made sure our drinks were topped off. The salad bar had everything you could want from very nice meat and cheese, rice, veggies and even really good clam chowder. Now the meats! All the meats were seasoned very well and the cook was perfect. They even had lamb chops that were detectible. At the end of a perfect meal I got the key lime pie which was perfect balance of tart and sweetness. While we were wrapping up I was already trying to plan when I would come back :) 5/5 stars! I can't wait to come back.

Saturday evening, party of 2 dined in for the first time here, we never knew this place existed until we saw restaurant week website, we thought it was restaurant week so we decided to give it a try, but when we got there, we learned that they don't participate on weekend.. we decided to dine in anyway... I didn't know it was fancy restaurant, i wore casual with slipper, i felt little embarrassed. I recommend dress up little. Front staff was nice They opened and held the door for my friend, It was pouring outside, some staff walked me to my car with umbrella which was super sweet We reserved for 5pm dinner but I recommend going there past 6pm and must make reservations because it was crowded! The reason why i recommend going later in the evening is because, we stayed there til past 7pm, so we clearly saw the difference in quality of meat When we were first served, meats were generally cold, hard or overcooked/burnt... lamb was completely burnt and we didn't see salmon and lamb chop But almost at the end of the dinner for us, We saw they were passing by. Toward the end, servers don't bother to check on us, So i grabbed our waitress and meat servers randomly to ask for salmon and lamb chop. They ended up bringing to our table it was nice, fresh and hot compared to the meat we were first served So if you want better experience for the price of $69.98 i suggest you go to little late with reservations Place was packed so I liked their salad bar options more than fogo de chao The drink i ordered was pretty good too Fruits were delicious too Parking is convenient and free But when we got there, not many tables were filled so im not sure what it would be like during prime time Parking seems spacious but also limited for busy time Inside lighting was darker than i would like the restaurant to be but still good atmosphere and fancy lighting I liked that they covered back of chairs with linen On top of my jackets i hung on back of chair I do want to visit next time
